Washington - Al sharqiya August 10: NBC News revealed that the White House is considering inviting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to Alaska, where President Donald Trump is scheduled to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on August 15. The network quoted a senior US official and three sources familiar with the discussions as saying that the issue of inviting Zelensky has not yet been finalized and that it is unclear whether the Ukrainian president will ultimately go to the Alaska summit. Zelensky said, following a call with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, that Europe must participate in the peace process.
