Kyiv -Al sharqiya , August 13: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that he will not accept any Russian proposal to withdraw Ukrainian forces from the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine. Zelenskyy told reporters that territorial issues should not be discussed until Russia agrees to a ceasefire, noting that security guarantees for Ukraine must be an integral part of this discussion. Zelenskyy reiterated the need to include Ukraine in any talks related to its territory.
