London - ALsharqiya, May 13: Microsoft is preparing to launch a major update to Windows 11, which includes fundamental design improvements and broader integration of artificial intelligence technologies, aiming to make the system easier and more efficient to use.
Key updates in Windows 11:
Redesigned Start Menu:
Easier navigation and organizing apps.
Displays phone data such as calls, messages, and battery level.
Three new views: List, Grid, and Auto Categories.
Artificial Intelligence within apps:
Paint app: Removes image backgrounds and creates images from text descriptions.
Photos: Improves lighting and deletes unwanted elements.
Snipping tool: Copy text from images and hide private information.
File Explorer: Intelligent search using natural language.
Windows Copilot:
Acts as a digital assistant to help with writing, searching, and organizing tasks.
Search is now more interactive using simple language.
Devices that will receive the update first:
The update starts with new Surface devices and Copilot devices with built-in AI.
