This is how WhatsApp conversations are spied on

London - ALsharqiya February 1: WhatsApp is one of the most popular instant messaging applications in the world, with about 3 billion people using it. Although the application provides encryption that ensures the security of conversations, there is a silent threat facing many users: spying on conversations.

One common method of spying is using applications such as mSpy, which allows monitoring WhatsApp messages and accessing other data such as call logs, photos, and geographic location. For iPhone users, the spy can easily access backups via iCloud once they obtain Apple ID account data. As for Android phones, the spying process requires direct access to the phone and the installation of special applications.

It is also possible to spy via WhatsApp Web, where anyone can scan the QR code on the computer using the target person’s phone, which gives them access to all conversations without the victim noticing.

Legally, spying on WhatsApp conversations without the other person’s permission is a crime punishable by law with a prison sentence of up to two years.

To protect your privacy:

Keep your passwords safe.

Don’t leave your phone unattended.

Regularly check the devices connected to your WhatsApp account.

By following these tips, you can maintain your privacy and avoid legal trouble.
