Egypt-Al-Sharqiya September 30: The young Egyptian actor Ahmed Sami El-Adl, the son of the late artist Sami El-Adl and writer Magda Nour El-Din, passed away on Saturday, according to what his sister, actress Rasha El-Adl, announced on her Facebook account. According to the medical report, Al-Adl died as a result of a sudden heart attack that occurred after suffering from pulmonary clots and blockages in the arteries for some time.
Al-Adl had started his artistic career early. He participated as a child in the movie “The Migrant” (1994) with director Youssef Chahine, and years later, he played some roles in cinema, such as “Titanic in Arabic” (2016) and “The Dearest Boy” (2021). He also participated in a number of series, including “Above the Level of Suspicions” (2016) with Yousra, and “Haret Al-Yahud” (2015) with Menna Shalabi.
But his work focused mainly in the world of directing, as he worked as an assistant director in the series “Against Al-Kasra,” “Al-Hesab Yamu’,” and “Eagle of Upper Egypt.” His last participation was in the directing team of the series “Jamila,” which was shown last Ramadan.
