Baghdad - ALsharqiya August 12: The Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council in Iraq, Judge Faiq Zidane, directed the courts to tighten measures against those who violate irrigation projects. According to a document issued by Judge Zidane, in view of the major challenge that Iraq is going through in the water scarcity file and to remove the violations that have occurred on the main and subsidiary rivers and fish lakes that are not legally authorized, it was necessary to direct the courts to tighten penalties against violators and transgressors. He also directed to prevent interference in the work of the main departments and agriculture.
