Tamer Ashour's marriage to an Egyptian media personality

Egypt-Al-Sharqiya October 11: Surprisingly, Egyptian singer Tamer Ashour celebrated his marriage with Egyptian media personality Nancy Nour in a ceremony held in a hotel in Greater Cairo, on Tuesday evening.

Some news leaked during the past hours about the Egyptian singer’s relationship with the Egyptian media personality, and their willingness to celebrate their wedding soon.

But everyone was surprised when the marriage contract was held this Tuesday evening in one of the major hotels in Cairo. Tamer Ashour published a group of photos of him and his wife after completing the ceremony.

He posted the photos on his official Instagram account, and commented on them, saying: “Praise be to God, by whose grace good deeds are accomplished... our marriage has been concluded,” to announce the matter officially.

The wedding ceremony was limited to close friends of the couple, as the Egyptian media personality, Mona El Shazly, and a number of Egyptian “Extra News” satellite broadcasters, where Nancy Nour works, were present.

Singer Rami Gamal and his wife, singer Angham, Mustafa Haggag, Aziz Al-Shafi’i, Aws Aws, and a number of close friends from outside the artistic and media community were also present.

Tamer Ashour was keen to give his wife a new song during the celebration of the wedding, entitled “Leave Me in Your Bosom.”

During the marriage ceremony, Tamer Ashour joked with all those present, after he finished repeating the words related to marriage, after which he said, “I will never do that again.”

Tamer Ashour's relationship with Nancy Nour came as a big surprise to the public, after his separation from his ex-wife, especially since he had not previously announced the existence of a relationship between him and the Egyptian media personality.
