Baghdad - Al Sharqiya, July 23: Medical errors in Baghdad have claimed an additional victim, according to Nada's family, who said she died during a minor hernia operation. Nada's family says the medical authorities responsible for her attempted to conceal the failure for 12 hours before announcing her death, leaving behind three orphans.
