Los Angeles - Al Sharqiya, March 11: The biographical film Oppenheimer swept this year's Academy Awards, winning seven awards, most notably Best Picture, Best Actor, and Best Director, during the annual ceremony held on Sunday night. Christopher Nolan won the Best Director award for the film "Oppenheimer" during the 96th Annual Academy Awards at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood. As for Cillian Murphy, he won the Best Actor award for his performance. Robert Downey Jr. also won the award for Best Supporting Actor. Murphy, who won his first Oscar since his first nomination and is also the first Irish-born winner in the category, said he was a little surprised.
