Vienna - Al sharqiya, August 3: Saudi Arabia, Russia and six other key members of the OPEC+ alliance announced a new increase in oil production, as part of their strategy to regain market share. The alliance said in a statement that the energy ministers of the eight oil-producing countries decided during a meeting to adjust production by 547,000 barrels per day in September compared to the required production level in August. The OPEC+ alliance attributed its decision to the stable global economic outlook and the current solid market fundamentals.
