Paris - Al Sharqiya, June 4: Italian Lorenzo Musetti qualified for the semi-finals of the Roland Garros Championship for the first time in his professional career, after defeating American Frances Tiafoe in the quarter-final match. Musetti, ranked eighth in the tournament, succeeded in defeating the American, ranked fifteenth, in three sets to one, with a score of (6-2), (4-6), (7-5), (6-2), in two hours and forty-seven minutes. Musetti awaits in the semi-final match, the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, the defending champion, who in turn defeated American Tommy Paul.
