And according to a statement issued by Instagram: In the past few days, we have started testing a new feature that will hide some comments that some users reported as inappropriate. Through our research, we knew that users need more transparency .. Hidden comments will not be deleted, but rather hidden. To see it, the user must click on the Show hidden comments option.
Also, warnings will be sent to users who notice that they are trying to write abusive comments on posts repeatedly, and before these users publish their comments, they will receive messages from Instagram alerting them that their comment may be contrary to the policy of the social network and may be hidden.
