Jordan-ALSHARQIYA September 10: Ali Al-Ayed, Jordanian Minister of Culture, Chairman of the Higher Committee of the Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts, said that the Jordanian government's decision to hold the festival is evidence of the health wellness enjoyed by the Jordanian society, which has begun to recover from the effects of the Corona pandemic, stressing that Good health conditions reinforced the idea of holding the festival after its absence last year.
Al-Ayed indicated in a press conference held with Ayman Samawi, Executive Director of the festival, to announce the program of events this morning, Thursday, at the Royal Cultural Center in the Jordanian capital, Amman, that the festival, which is held under the slogan “Jerash .. adorned with joy” constitutes a source of reviving hope, especially It comes in light of the national celebration marking the centenary of the founding of the Jordanian state, an occasion that will be celebrated within the artistic and cultural programs of the festival, based on the fact that Jordan is an oasis of security and stability in its cultural diversity and social fabric.
