Baghdad-ALsharqiya, November 14: A campaign for early detection of breast and prostate cancers was launched in Iraq with the participation of a number of humanitarian and relief organizations in cooperation with the Ministry of Health.
Activists participating in the campaign called for successful and widespread awareness in Baghdad of the need for early diagnosis of these two cancers to increase the chances of survival by setting up awareness-raising booths in a number of public places, while volunteer teams began distributing leaflets and talking with citizens to clarify the seriousness of the two diseases and the people at risk of infection
