Baghdad - ALsharqiya, August 4: Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani directed the Ministry of Finance to issue orders for promotions, annual bonuses, and certificates acquired during service for all state employees. A statement from the Prime Minister's Office confirmed that Al-Sudani also directed that the certificate be calculated for those who obtained it during service, and that services be calculated to preserve the organizational positions and acquired rights of all state employees. He also directed that variables and financial rights be calculated according to cost tables, and that the new job title and grade be granted within the legal contexts, controls and attached regulations. In addition, the Ministry of Finance announced the launch of financing the salaries of civilian and military retirees in Iraq for last August after a delay in its launch. The ministry said that it had completed the procedures for transferring the financing amounts to the National Retirement Authority, to be disbursed by the relevant banks according to the approved procedures. It added that the delay in disbursement was due to the weekend holiday coinciding with foreign banks sending money transfers on Oil sales, which led to the postponement of financial transfer operations that are carried out only on official days, and he pointed out that salaries are fully secured until the end of the current fiscal year and there is no truth to allegations of a shortage in liquidity.
