Al-Sudani directs follow-up on youth issues and affairs

Baghdad - ALsharqiya, August 12: Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani stressed the need to pay attention to youth issues and follow up on their affairs in various fields. He directed the presentation of ideas that help in developing and enhancing their skills. This came during his chairing of the periodic meeting of the Supreme Council for Youth. Al-Sudani agreed to reallocate the amount recovered from the agricultural initiative loans amounting to 75 billion dinars, and grant it as loans for agriculture, food security and climate projects for youth. He also agreed to establish a residential youth city at cooperative prices for youth, and instructed the ministries and concerned authorities to take the necessary measures. He also agreed to establish the (Youth Tower for Entrepreneurship) in Baghdad, to be a workspace for young startup companies and owners of entrepreneurial ideas. He launched the Youth Entrepreneurs Program to train between 500 and 1,000 young people in the governorates where there are oil extraction companies.
