Baghdad - ALsharqiya, May 22: Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani directed the Ministries of Oil and Electricity to follow up on the implementation of oil and electricity sector projects, monitor any slowdown, find practical and field solutions to proceed with the completion of these projects, and determine the planned completion rates. This came during Al-Sudani’s chairing of the periodic meeting to follow up on oil and electricity sector projects, where the generation capacities of electrical energy were reviewed, as well as matters related to completing oil sector projects related to providing gas to power plants. The meeting also followed up on reports related to the completion of the Al-Sabba field projects in Dhi Qar, Al-Luhais, Al-Faihaa, and Artawi in Basra, as well as projects to implement oil and gas pipelines, in addition to gas complex projects.
