Mattel, the manufacturer of this doll, has signed a large number of agreements to manufacture fashions, accessories and cosmetics inspired by the world of Barbie. Notable collaborations in this field include those signed with Gap, Microsoft, Forever21, Ulta Beauty, Hot Wheels, Chevrolet, Victoria's Secret, and Zara.
Experts have responded to this demand for the world of Barbie in different sectors, coinciding with the release of the film, that it constitutes an ideal material for marketing, since this doll represents a way of life and even has a color of its own. It's the vibrant pink that Pantone219C embodies in the Pantone color chart. One of the film's production managers revealed that the quantities of pink paint used in the film's decorations caused a global shortage of paint of this color.
Known as Barbiecore, the Barbie doll lifestyle is a colorful and 1960s lifestyle when Barbara Millicent Roberts (Barbie doll's full name) was born in 1959.
As for the film, which began showing this week in the United States and Europe, it is expected that during its first week, revenues may reach $ 75 million. As for the Middle East, it is expected to start showing during next August.
