Baghdad-ALsharqiya, January 2: Today, Saturday, the Iraqi Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of a man and his wife for trafficking their five-year-old child in central Baghdad. And it stated in a press release, that intelligence information received the existence of a human trafficking operation through the sale of a child by his parents, and immediately a technical team was formed from the detachments of the Intelligence Agency represented by the Organized Crime Intelligence Directorate. And she added: After the intensification of the intelligence effort, the defendants were arrested during the sale of their five-year-old child for 10 million Iraqi dinars (about 7 thousand US dollars) in the Karrada district of Baghdad.
